Last date of filing Form AOC-4 extended for NBFC’s

Two new e-forms namely AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) and AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS) are likely to be deployed on 31st January, 2020 and 17th February, 2020 respectively. In this line, MCA has extended the last date for filing AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS) and AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind AS) for all eligible companies for the FY 2018-19, without payment of additional fee till 31st March, 2020.
